By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:

Price Match Promise:

If you find the exact same combination of products and services available to be purchased online through a registered and approved online flooring retailer within the U.K. we will match the price on the whole order prior to ordering your products on this website. Once you have placed an order we will not be able to price match or refund the difference on your order.

For your peace of mind, if you notice a reduction in price on the items you have ordered within 14 days of placing your order we will either refund the difference or offer you more products to the value of the price difference.

Free Laminate Samples:

All samples where advertised are free. We only charge £0.99 for standard delivery on each sample ordered and this is non-refundable.


All orders will be dispatched next working day (unless otherwise stated). Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Please note we currently are delivering to UK mainland only for Islands please ask for quote before ordering some islands may not be eligible for delivery. For pallet deliveries a contact number must be provided when placing an order as this requires special arrangements. Please note we use a courier service and they have a strict policy of delivering to kerbside or as nearest as possible to your entrance door. Drivers will not be insured to enter premises. 10% Cancellation charge applies to Quick step and Laura ashley products.

Our free delivery offer varies on different products. Not all products are offered with free delivery. Free delivery is only available on selected products where advertised and applicable when reached a threshold monetary value of order or number of packs.

14 Days Money Back Guarantee - Returns and Cancellations:

If you wish to return an order or part of an order for a refund, a returns claim or contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in the original condition and unopened. Customers need to arrange for the goods to be sent back at their own expense and need to make sure the goods will not arrive damaged and in a resalable condition. Please contact us prior to leaving feedback if there is any problem with your order we will endeavour to satisfy any issues you may have. It is important to us that you are completely happy with our products and service.

All deposits paid on any orders whether it is to hold stock items or pre-order items are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods:

If the goods you have purchased arrive damaged they must be signed for as damaged on the courier paper. The delivery must be checked against any damages pack by pack and the number of packs on the order must also be counted and missing packs have to be noted on the courier paper. We require our customers to follow this procedure at all times regardless of driver’s advice or any other circumstances. We also require customers to report back to us (usually within 24 hours but no longer than 3 calendar days) deliveries which have been signed for as damaged or where missing packs have been noted using our contact us web page or by calling us.

Manufacturer faults:

All manufacturer faults will require an independent inspection at the site where the flooring has been installed. Identified planks with the manufacturing faults must not be included in the installation. These planks must be stored safely to remain free of any damages until the inspection takes place. False claims of manufacturing faults will be subject to a charge equalling the charge of the inspection company.
